Science Based, Compassion Driven

Therapy works best when you feel understood and supported. My approach combines evidence-based techniques with authentic human connection to create a space where meaningful change can happen.

Together, we’ll explore the patterns, experiences, and stressors impacting your life while developing practical skills to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to a life worth living.

I believe therapy should feel collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your individual needs — not one-size-fits-all.

Support that meets you where you are.
